A company is set to open a restaurant on the third floor of the International Bluegrass Music Center when it’s finished, but officials can’t say who it is just yet. IBMM board of trustees vice chairman Terry Woodward told the Messenger-Inquirer that the company has signed a letter of intent to open the eatery by the time the center is open in 2017. Woodward also says the restaurant is not part of a national chain, but would not provide any more details about who it is. He also said the 4,000-square-foot restaurant will seat between 110 and 120 people.
