Police in western Kentucky are searching for the person who murdered a Mennonite man during a home invasion. State police say 79-year-old Amos Yoder was found dead Sunday morning at his home in Elkton in Todd County. His 75-year-old wife, Marjorie, was injured in the attack. Amos Yoder was well-known in the community and worked as a carpenter. He also owned several rental properties. Todd County Fiscal Court Magistrate Brent Spurlin told WHOP radio that Yoder “never hurt anybody.”
