Three Owensboro companies could be getting some help from the city for multi-million dollar expansion projects. The Owensboro City Commission is expected to vote on an ordinance that would give Owensboro Grain, Castlen Welding, and First Security Bank tax incentives. If the vote passes, the companies will get a credit towards their income tax and retain up to four percent wage assessment. The deal would last ten years.
