The Greater Owensboro Chamber of Commerce will hold its monthly Rooster Booster Breakfast Thursday morning at the Owensboro Convention Center. This month’s sponsor is Brescia University, which plans to reveal plans for a “signature building” at 9th and Frederica, and renovations to its Campus Center. According to the Messenger-Inquirer, the yet-unnamed new building will cost between $6 million and $7 million. Speaking at the Rooster Booster will be former mayor David Adkisson, now president of the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce. The breakfast begins at 7:30 in the East Ballroom.
