Residents living in the Cedar Hills subdivision in Daviess County soon be hooked up to the Regional Water Resource Agency sewer system, but at a much higher cost. A private owner of two sewer systems that serve the Cedar Hills and Friendly Village subdivisions want to retire and give up operating the system. RWRA is discussing a more than $1.5-million project to connect to the Cedar Hills subdivision. Currently, residents pay $15 a month but their bill could jump to $135. It could take a few years before the Cedar Hill projects begin.
