The Owensboro Police Department has made an arrest regarding three recent burglaries. According to to news release, on Sunday, December 6, at approximately 12:24 a.m., 50-year-old Edward E. Tinsley, Jr., was arrested. OPD says that on Wednesday, December 2, Tinsley burglarized Owensboro Concrete, located at 1645 Hall Street. Property valued at $200 was taken. On Thursday, November 26, in two separate instances, Tinsley allegedly burglarized Mendy’s Kitchen, located at 924 Crabtree Avenue. Property and cash totaling $840 was taken. Tinsley is currently lodged in the Daviess County Detention Center on the below listed charges.
