The Spencer County Sheriff’s Department is asking residents with connection to a Hatfield cemetery to let them know of they’re missing flower arrangements. According to media partner 14News, a resident called police after seeing a woman running through James Parker Cemetery with an armful of flowers. A short time later, Deputy Ron Higgenbottom pulled over a car matching the description, and in the back seat were numerous flowers and wreaths. One family has already come forward identifying some of the items. If you find arrangements missing from grave sites, you are asked to call the sheriff’s office at (812) 649-2286.
