A bill that just cleared the Kentucky House and Senate is seeking to e3stablish a statewide definition of bullying. Schools are dealing with the problem on a daily basis, and lawmakers say an actual definition would provide schools with guidance in identifying and stopping bullying. Just recently, Daviess County Schools established Safety Tipline Online Prevention, or the STOP tipline, as part of the district’s commitment to ensuring the safety of students, staff and schools. This bill is now headed to Governor Matt Bevin for his signature.
