An Owensboro man was arrested Sunday after deputies responded to a disturbance call on Leslie Lane. According to the Daviess County Sheriff’s Department, a caller advised that 56-year-old Kimble Gabbard was attempting to gain entry into a residence, and then fled the scene when deputies arrived. Police followed Gabbard as he drove a blue Buick, and even tried to conduct a traffic stop, but deputies say Gabbard fled and drove to his residence, where he was arrested. Gabbard was charged with Fleeing and Evading, DUI, operating on a suspended license, and attempted burglary. He was lodged in the Daviess County Detention Center.
