Owensboro, KY. (August 2nd, 2017) – Kentucky State Police executed a traffic stop in Owensboro. Upon contact with the occupants, Troopers determined them to be Lacy D. Decker and Tyler W. Dearmond, of Owensboro. Through investigation, Troopers discovered Decker and Dearmond to be in possession of suspected methamphetamine. Both parties were arrested and transported to the Daviess County Detention Center. Decker and Dearmond were charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree and Decker received additional charges for equipment violations.
