The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet has scheduled a public meeting to provide an update and seek public comments on for the design and future construction of a New U.S. 60 Green River Bridge at Spottsville. The meeting will be held October 19 from 5 to 7pm. There will be a brief presentation at 5:30. KYTC District 2 Chief Engineer Wade Clements encourages anyone with an interest in the project to attend. KYTC engineers and consultants working on the project are especially interested in talking to owners of property along the downstream side of the existing bridge. During the meeting, engineers and design personnel will share displays illustrating the proposed construction of the new bridge. The public will have the opportunity to ask questions and discuss the project with KYTC engineers and consultants from Stantec, PLC.
