Henderson, KY. (October 18, 2017)- Kentucky State Police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in which a Britney Murdock, 27 of Owensboro, KY was a passenger. Ms. Murdock who was outside of the vehicle at the time a search was being conducted on the vehicle, pulled approximately 6.2 ounces of Methamphetamine off of her person and threw it on the ground under the vehicle. Upon further investigation, Britney Murdock was arrested and charged with Trafficking Controlled Substance 1st degree 2nd offense (Methamphetamine), Tampering with Physical Evidence, Drug Paraphernalia buy/possess and Giving Officer false identity information. Ms. Murdock was transported and lodged at the Henderson County Detention Center without incident.
