Kentucky’s secretary of state is expecting most voters in the state to stay home next week. Secretary of State Alison Lundergan Grimes yesterday said she expects only about 30-percent of the state’s three-point-three-million voters to cast a ballot in Tuesday’s primary. While that doesn’t sound like many voters, Lundergan Grimes says 30-percent is far better than the 20-percent turnout for the 2016 presidential race and the twelve-percent turnout in the 2015 governor’s race.
