There are a lot of people in Kentucky talking about the power that the state’s governor has that apparently President Trump doesn’t. A federal judge yesterday ruled that the president cannot block people on Twitter. The judge said Twitter is a public forum, and is protected by the First Amendment. That’s not what a federal judge told Governor Bevin. A judge in March told the governor that he could block people from Twitter and Facebook as a way to “cull” his feed. The governor’s office yesterday said the decision in the president’s case doesn’t change anything on their end.
