Tax-increment financing to help subsidize construction of a 193-million-dollar soccer stadium for Louisville City FC is a go. The “Courier-Journal” reports the Kentucky Economic Development Finance Authority gave the proposal the green light yesterday. KEDFA will give the soccer club and Louisville Metro Government nearly 22-million-dollars to create a 20-year tax-increment financing district. The club’s owners were hoping to receive upward of 30 million dollars.
