Governor Matt Bevin’s office says they’re looking to make their Medicaid program fit a judge’s ruling that strikes down Kentucky‘s work requirement. People enrolled in Kentucky‘s Medicaid program were supposed to start working or volunteering this week, but a judge last week scuttled the plan. Governor Bevin’s office on Friday said that they want to work with federal Medicaid managers to see what they can change about Kentucky HEALTH to make it fit the judge’s order.
