Bring Me the Horizon frontman Oli Sykes has shared an early version of his band’s song “Drown.” While the track ended up as an anthemic rocker, “Drown” originally had a sparse, electro-pop feel.
The early “Drown” soundtracks a video advertising a new line of apparel from his clothing brand Drop Dead. You can watch the video now via Instagram.
“The music from the video was our very first draft of the song that became ‘Drown,'” Sykes writes. “A little sneak peek of how different our songs begin!”
Sykes and Bring Me the Horizon will hit the road this spring on their American Nightmare headlining tour, which kicks off March 8 in Orlando.
