Where I Grew Up: I grew up right here in Owensboro. I've been
here all but 3 years of my life.
Favorite TV Shows: I love Drew Carey, The King of Queens,
Seinfeld, Curb your Enthusiasm, King of the Hill, American Idol,
Nashville Star, and Most of all, Kentucky Wildcat Basketball.
Favorite Foods: Anything deep fried or Barbequed.
Favorite Drink: Awwwwwwww Coffee
Ideal Vacation Spot: I love the Smokey Mountains
My First Concert Was: Van Halen 1984 Roberts Stadium
Proudest Moment In Radio: Interviewing Governor Ernie
Fletcher and Lt. Governor Steve Pence. I am always proud to
interview and talk to all our local politicians and many local
celebrities.
When I'm Not At Work, I Like To: Bow hunt White Tail
Deer (sorry PETA) Something Most Listeners Would Not Know
About Me: I used to play bass in a Punk Band.
If I was Not In Radio, I'd Be: Begging for spare change
or advertising for a tree stand company for big guys so we don't
have to sit on a stump!

Shannon Stone brings her love for country music to True Country.
Music was always playing in Shannon's house growing up, with
her Mom starting the day with a big stack of albums that included
Eddy Arnold, Merle Haggard, Ray Charles and more. Shannon loves
hiking with her 3 Dalmatians, music and reading. |
