An investigation that started in Owensboro has led to the arrest of a pastor and church member in Clarksville, Indiana. According to media partner 14News. police say they were called to Towne Square Mall Monday by a woman who says she had been groped by a teenager, who then ran away. Police were able to arrest him. They say he, along with another teen, were there selling candy bars. Officers say the boys may be connected to a church in Clarksville, where Christopher Williams and Pastor Gerald Harris are facing battery and neglect charges. Police say several children were found with bruises and had been getting severe forms of punishment.
