Deputy observed a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed E/B on W. Parrish Ave. Radar confirmed 69mph in a 35mph zone. When the Deputy turned and activated his emergency lights and siren, the vehicle did not yield. The vehicle was being operated by Christopher P. Begin. He stopped in the parking lot of 1417 Bosley Rd and fled on foot into an unoccupied business that he was doing construction and currently staying in. Deputy was able to enter behind Begin and subdue him with a TASER application in the hallway of the business. Begin had outstanding warrants out of Jefferson County KY for Burglary 3rd Deg and a Probation Violation warrant.
