An Owensboro man was arrested Saturday evening when the Daviess County Sheriff’s Department investigated a burglary case. A deputy responded to a burglary call in the 5300 block of River Road. Upon arrival, the deputy learned from the homeowner that the home was broken into and several items inside and outside the house were taken. Items included a fishing boat with trailer, a moped, and several firearms. During the investigation, a deputy located some of the items at an address on Conway Avenue. The resident there, Larry Husk, Jr., admitted that he and another subject had committed the burglary. Deputies continue searching for some of the stolen items.
