Owensboro, KY. (October 22nd, 2017) – Kentucky State Police responded to a report of a disturbance in the Colony Mobile Home Park. Upon Troopers arrival, they located Jerod Holcomb of Owensboro. Holcomb was visibly intoxicated and attempted to discard methamphetamine when he came into contact with law enforcement. Through investigation, Holcomb was found to be violating the terms of a Kentucky domestic violence order, in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia, and made threats to bystanders during the investigation. Holcomb was arrested and charged with the following: Possession of methamphetamine 2nd offense, possession of drug paraphernalia, tampering with physical evidence, violation of Kentucky DVO, terroristic threatening, and public intoxication-controlled substance. Holcomb was also served an indictment warrant from Daviess County for the following charges: Theft by unlawful taking over $10,000, possession of methamphetamine 2nd offense, possession of drug paraphernalia, and violation of a Kentucky DVO. Holcomb was lodged in the Daviess County Detention Center.
