Add Kentucky to the list of states where someone got sick from eating tainted lettuce. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention yesterday confirmed a case of E. coli in the state, likely from someone who ate romaine lettuce. In all, 25 states across the country have reported at least one illness. The CDC says 125 people have gotten sick, and one person has died from eating the tainted lettuce.
