OWENSBORO, KENTUCKY – Wendell Foster, a local non-profit agency serving people with disabilities, is hosting a Go Baby Go! Workshop and Build on Saturday, July 28, at the Young Meeting House, 815 Triplett Street. Go Baby Go! is a national design and outreach program that provides modified ride-on cars to infants and toddlers who experience limited mobility. The program was founded by Dr. James C. “Cole” Galloway in 2012 at the University of Delaware.
Dr. Galloway and his team of engineers will be in Owensboro to lead our community’s first Go Baby Go! Build, where five local children will be receiving modified ride on cars. You are invited to attend the Victory Lap celebration in the Sensory Park beginning around 3:00 p.m.
