State Attorney General Andy Beshear is calling on state lawmakers to demand Governor Bevin rescind an executive order abolishing the state’s Occupational Safety and Health Standards board. The board is responsible for safety regulations applying to work places in Kentucky from factories to public schools. Beshear says lawmakers rejected the abolishing the board during the 2018 regular legislative session. He wants legislators to contact the governor and demand Bevin rescind the order.
