A Daviess County hog farmer is looking at a fine after state environmental regulators say he polluted the Green River. The Kentucky Department of Water this week fined Curdsville hog farmer Jerry O’Bryan. The department says O’Bryan ran a hose out of one of his waste lagoons into the river. Local environmentalists say O’Bryan is a repeat offender, but O’Bryan denies the allegations.
