A new report is painting a picture of two Kentuckys. The Kentucky Center for Economic Policy released a report yesterday that says Kentucky’s cities are seeing job growth, while the rural parts of the state are lagging behind. The report says Kentucky is still 36 thousand jobs short of where the state was back in 2007. The Center is a progressive think tank, so there’s a lot of focus about what the report says are low wages across the state.
