School kids in Indiana continue to be better at reading than math. The latest ISTEP scores were released yesterday. The test measures student performance in elementary and middle schools, as well as someone’s sophomore year of high school. Overall scores were flat across the state. In and around Indianapolis, Brownsburg and Carmel-Clay schools saw the most kids pass the reading and math tests. Indianapolis Public Schools saw less than 25 percent of their students do the same.
