Nearly ten-thousand Kentucky kids need a foster home. Governor Matt Bevin is looking to reform the state’s foster care system as a record number of kids are entering the state’s system. Foster parent Kim Forman says she has fostered two kids as a single mom and that adults don’t need to be part of a traditional family to help out. Anyone who can help is asked to apply with the Kentucky Cabinet for Health and Family Services.
