Effective Wednesday, October 28, Hoosier Hills Credit Union is temporarily closing its Service Center lobbies to further help contain and prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus. With positive COVID-19 results on the rise in Indiana and in many of our service area communities, HHCU is acting with caution to protect members’ and employees’ health.
At this time, the Credit Union anticipates re-opening on Monday, November 16; however, Hoosier Hills will re-evaluate COVID numbers at that time and make a determination as to whether re-opening is in the best interests of all.
While all HHCU Service Center lobbies will be closed, Drive-Up services and the Call Center will be open during normal business hours. The Credit Union’s Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Phone Teller, ATMs and Drop Boxes will remain in operation. Debit and credit cards will continue to work as well. This will allow members to access their accounts 24/7 and get cash, check balances, transfer money, make a payment, pay bills, deposit checks, apply for a loan, find an ATM, set budgets, and more. New accounts may also be opened through the Drive-Up.
HHCU Annex facilities in Bedford and Paoli will also be closed to public access, as will the Hoosier Hills Insurance Agency. Members who need in-person Mortgage, Commercial, Investment, Insurance or Safe Deposit Box services should contact the HHCU Call Center at 800.865.2612 to make an appointment.
To help keep everyone healthier, Hoosier Hills asks members of the community to please not visit the Drive-Up or make an appointment to see a representative if they are sick, have been exposed to those who are sick, or may have COVID-19.
