Jimmie Allen headlined Nashville’s historic Ryman Auditorium for the first time in his career on Dec. 17. It was a limited audience and was also viewed via livestream.
Joined by special guest Darius Rucker, the pair honored their late hero, Country Music Hall of Fame member Charley Pride with a performance of “Why Things Happen.” The track appears on Jimmie’s latest EP called Bettie James.
He and Louis York performed their song “What Does Christmas Mean.” The music video will be released tomorrow (Dec. 21.) And they are scheduled to sing it on the Today show on Wednesday (Dec. 23.)
