An Owensboro family is mourning the death of a toddler. The two year-old girl drowned at Falls of Rough Resort and Golf Course on Friday. The body of Serenity Mansfield was found by a farmer about six-miles downstream from where she’s believed to have fallen into Rough River Lake.
